Permanent magnet block for processing of gravel

Application: 

Permanent magnetic blocks suspended above the conveyor belt carrying the processed material will protect downstream processing equipment during aggregate recycling from damage caused by accidentally present iron objects. We have supplied two of these to a customer of our partner MATYKIEWICZ.COM.

They are suitable when the amount of iron that may be present in the material on the conveyor belt is small. Cleaning is done manually, depending on the amount of metal captured. These magnetic systems do not require a power source, making them suitable even for locations where access to electricity is limited. Ferrite blocks are cost-effective and require minimal maintenance.
