Extension of quality management system certificate

Our ultra powerful overband permanent magnetic separator is shipped to the customer. It is intended for protection of the crusher against destruction by unwanted metal parts. It will be installed above 1 600 mm wide conveyor belt with a material flow of approximately 300 mm layer height. It is our flagship of overband permanent magnetic separators.

We supported this year's Waste to Energy conference as a partner. We followed up on last year's presentation of our solution for separating valuable non-ferrous metals such as aluminium or copper in slag after incineration of municipal waste, which does not have to end up in landfill. We painted production halls

We used the warm summer days to paint the production halls. The clean white walls and ceilings brightened up the large spaces and improved visibility and thus work safety. They also brought a more pleasant feeling during the demanding physical work of our colleagues in the welding shop and the final assembly of our magnetic separators.

In Mníšek, we were the best packaging waste sorters

Mníšek pod Brdy has the best system of collecting and sorting packaging waste in the Czech Republic. It was the winner of the 19th annual competition for the "Crystal dustbin". We are glad that we also contributed. We sort at WAMAG and in the homes of employees who live in Mníšek pod Brdy. Subsequently our magnetic separators help with the metal recovery and recycling on the sorting lines.

Recycling 2022 Trade Fair

Magnetic conveyors for inter-operational transport

Three new magnetic conveyors will help with the inter-operational transport of metal scraps from punch presses. We have designed and manufactured these new custom-made conveyors to replace the current ones, which no longer fulfilled the technical requirements. The length of two straight conveyors is almost 9 meters. The third magnetic conveyor, type "SWAN NECK", has a transport length of 4,7 meters. The capacity of the conveyors is 60 kg/min. Permanent overbelt separators for ATEX zone 21.
