The new permanent overband separator with a three-pole magnetic system made from strong neodymium magnets and its user benefits will be presented by our colleagues from Goudsmit Magnetics at the IFAT world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management in Munich from 30 May to 3 June 2022 (stand B6 316).

We have successfully certified our production quality system according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. If you need to solve magnetic separation in a dust explosion hazardous environment, we will design and manufacture a suitable magnetic separator for you. With ATEX certification for ZONE 21, we already have a certified range of suspended permanent magnetic separators.

On May 30, 1994, the history of WAMAG began to be written. We have been developing and manufacturing magnetic separators and filters for 27 years. We have also been cooperating with the Dutch partner Goudsmit Magnetics for 24 years. Thanks to our know-how and innovations, we offer customers around the world top solutions for the separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals using the invisible force of magnetism.

Three new magnetic conveyors will help with the inter-operational transport of metal scraps from punch presses. We have designed and manufactured these new custom-made conveyors to replace the current ones, which no longer fulfilled the technical requirements. The length of two straight conveyors is almost 9 meters. The third magnetic conveyor, type "SWAN NECK", has a transport length of 4,7 meters. The capacity of the conveyors is 60 kg/min. At the end of last year we were granted a subsidy for education. It includes two modules. The first one is for our design engineers who focus on advanced features of Vault and Inventor systems. The second module is intended for other administrative workers and will be used for engineering technologies and technical documentation in mechanical engineering.
