Gripping and lifting flat ferromagnetic objects, pressed or perforated steel sheets.
Magnetic grippers are suitable for lifting flat objects with thickness of up to 5 mm. Once the handling magnet grips the object, it holds it as long as negative pressure remains or until the power supply is switched off. Enable the gripping of pressed or perforated steel parts and sheets and metal mesh materials. They are used for transport in automated production lines, transport between presses and in pick-up & put-down robotic systems.
They consist of permanent magnets and are controlled pneumatically. Magnetic grippers can be suitably combined with magnetic sheet separators.
